Solar panel LONGi LR5-54HTH-435M

Longi Solar has launched a completely new series of photovoltaic modules and introduced the “hybrid passive feedback” cell technology. The new Hi-MO series will initially operate in four different formats, mainly aimed at rooftop solar power plants.

The LR5-54HTH-435M monocrystalline solar panel is used in grid-connected, hybrid or stand-alone solar power plant systems. The photovoltaic module has a power of 435W. The efficiency of the solar panel is very high and is 22.30%, which, in conjunction with an inverter, allows it to be effectively used to generate income under the “green tariff” or for autonomous energy supply.

The best materials and components on the photovoltaic market were used in the creation of the model. 108 high-quality silicon cells are fixed in a frame made of composite alloy, 30 mm thick, in 18 rows. Converting solar energy into direct current with a maximum voltage of 33.04 V and a current of 13.17 A, they have a low level of heating, thus increasing the performance of each element. The surface of the panel is reliably protected by 3.2 mm tempered glass.

The solar battery has passed the test with a hailstone of 25 mm in size and a wind speed of 23 m/s. The design is able to withstand snow loads of up to 5200 Pa and wind loads of up to 2400 Pa. Resistant to salt moisture, ammonia and dust, which is confirmed by independent testing.

The device's IP68 protection class means that it is completely protected against dust penetration and can withstand short-term immersion in water to a depth of up to 1 meter. Accidental contact of electrical elements with a person is excluded.

The model is certified according to ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 management systems. Compliance with industry standards IEC61215, IEC61730 ensures high quality and safety of the equipment. Independent confirmation of compliance was carried out by TUV Rheinland.

The device has standard overall dimensions of 1722x1134x30 mm and a small weight of 20.8 kg.

The manufacturer provides a 12-year warranty on parts and components of the photovoltaic module. The warranty period for maintaining linear output indicators is 25 years, while at the end of this period the panel power level is not less than 89.10%. That is, the degradation of the panel over 25 years of operation is only 11.10%.
