Overview of the Powerstream 3kW 24V-120A lithium battery

We would like to draw your attention to the Powerstream 3kW 24V-120A lithium battery. Which has high reliability and safety and a long service life of at least 6 years.
We use LG Chen batteries to make the assembly. We check all batteries with a special device, a battery internal resistance tester, which allows you to exclude a faulty element even before installation. Battery parameters are listed below:

As can be seen from the internal resistance, the element meets all the selection criteria. After selecting batteries according to their resistance, modules are assembled from them. For the 24V 120A battery, the assembly type 7S2P is used, which indicates 7 serial and two parallel connected batteries. The total number of elements is 14 pieces. We would like to emphasize that the 7S assembly is correct for 24 V systems and we do not recommend using the 6S or 8S assemblies with Li-ion NMC.


      After the module is assembled, it is inserted into a protective case that serves as protection against damage.
A BMS board of the top brand Daly Smart BMS 200A is installed on the assembled module of 14 elements. Current reserve provides great reliability, and Smart functions allow you to connect a smartphone to monitor all parameters of the battery and its elements. You can also program the operation of the battery directly from your smartphone through a wireless connection. In addition to the Smart BMS, in which a passive balancer is mounted, we additionally mount an active balancer of the same top brand Daly.


      Such a connection allows you to ensure reliable and safe operation of the battery under any conditions. And the correct setting of the usage parameters increases the resource of the battery several times!


    After configuring the BMS board, we check the operation of the battery for discharge and charge. And only after that we give it to our customers. Take reliable and proven equipment.
